The Winter Warrior Challenge is a 12-week program where participants complete two weekly cold exposure sessions (2-minute minimum) and two sauna sessions (15-minute minimum), while maintaining healthy sleep habits of 7+ hours for five nights per week. Participants work in buddy teams to complete 24 shared recovery sessions, tracking their progress through a dedicated app group.
The challenge runs from June 16 to September 8, 2025.
