  • Founder & Head Coach

    Coaching health & fitness for over 17 years, working with hundreds of athletes, general population and everything in between. Nick specialises in turning humans into mobile, strong, athletic beings with resilient bodies and minds. He will find the gaps in your approach and correct the imbalances, all the while pushing the athlete to understand they are capable of more than they dreamed!

  • Over 8 years of training in jiu-jitsu and has spent the last 2 year competing at the highest level. With experience in coaching children, classes, sharing knowledge and techniques with the next generation of athletes. Currently completing a degree in sports and exercise science at university, while still pursuing her athletic career.

    With a strong passion for helping athletes unlock their full potential, Edie focuses on enhancing performance through improved strength, explosiveness, and flexibility tailored to their specific sports.
